Our Promise to You At Seoul, we want you to be absolutely thrilled with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we are here to help make it better. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

What Can Be Returned? Because we sell skincare and cosmetic products, hygiene and safety are our top priorities. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, and with all original seals perfectly intact.

How to Start a Return Starting a return is easy! Just shoot us an email at support.seoul1@gmail.com with your order number and a quick photo of the item. We’ll guide you through the next steps and let you know exactly where to send it.

Refunds & Cash on Delivery (COD) Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved.

  • If you paid by card: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

  • If you paid by Cash on Delivery: Because we cannot hand physical cash back through couriers, we will issue your refund securely via a direct Bank Transfer to a UAE bank account in your name, or we can offer you Store Credit for your next order—whichever you prefer!

Damaged or Wrong Items? If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us immediately. We will cover all shipping costs to replace it and make things right.
